Exhibit Design

Every other weekend you will find me volunteering at the Science Museum of Minnesota, where I enjoy sharing my passion for geology, paleontology, and the natural sciences with visitors of all ages. It is so rewarding to provide visitors with a new perspective on the world around them. Often, I leave the museum having learned something from our amazing visitors.

This design brief was written to reimagine an existing display within the Minerals Gallery. Rather than presenting specimens as a bulk collection, the concept reframes the exhibit around a series of stories that highlights the science and human connection. The goal is to create a more engaging and memorable experience that encourages visitors to not just admire the specimens, but to have a deeper understanding of how they are connected.
